Tôi và người quen của tôi đã mua kính ở cửa hàng này vài lần. Mẫu mã đa dạng, giá cả hợp lý, dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng của Viễn Dương Optics rất chu đáo, đặc biệt là cô chủ rất thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp.

Tôi đã mua kính ở đây rất chất lượng, nhiều mẩu đẹp, thời trang, đo mắt và tư vấn rất tận tình. Sẽ ủng hộ shop ở lần sau.

I stumbled across this cute store while I was exploring Hoi An, the selection was great. I could freely look at everything and choose the ones I liked, the lady opened the cabinets for me and allowed me to browse without any pushy sales tactics. They have many dupe branded specs with good quality. I bought 3 and had my prescription matched up to my existing specs. She also double checked my eyes and did some tests to be sure. It only took a few hours and it was ready for pick up which is great! as I was only there for a day. I live in Australia and it takes weeks to get 1-2 specs ready for pick up. She gave me a good price for Christmas. I used my new specs for the evening and impressed with the quality. Definitely recommend this place. =)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent quality sunglasses and I highly recommend shopping here if you are in need of sunnies in Hoi An. The owner works hard to suit your needs and has a lovely smile. They can also adjust the sunglasses to ensure they fit your face perfectly. Come here for sunnies!

Excellent service. I have a complex prescription that requires a lot of lens thinning. I ordered some Tom Ford prescription glasses with Reactions (responsive sunglasses). The glasses were ready after 4 days for the price of 5m Dong = ~£140. They are genuine Tom Ford glasses made in Italy with genuine Reactions lenses. Would recommend. Worth me flying into Vietnam specially for this Optician.

This is now my second year coming back for prescription lens (varifocals) in high quality frames, but at a quarter of the price it would cost in the UK. From ordering and cross-checking your prescription, to acceptance checking the finished product in 4-5 days. ... and that's whilst Hoi An was having the worst floods in 60yrs, and the shop was upside down (equipment stacked off the ground, stock, displays, etc.). The lens are as good as I've ever had in the UK, way less expensive and a faster service! Can't fault! Are the frames originals no, but I can't tell the difference... and for years I have been buying Oakley's at full price!

War im August da und habe eine Brille mit Gleitsichtgläser gekauft. Jedesmal wenn ich die Gläser mit einem Tuch putze, fallen die Gläser raus, ich kann sie wieder rein stecken aber dass sollte so nicht sein. Das Brillengestell war nicht mal eine Marke, 5'000'000 Dong hat die Brille gekostet, fand ich schon viel, jetzt wo die Gläser auch immer raus fallen. Qualität nicht gut.

I had a great experience at this eyewear shop in Hội An Ancient Town! The female owner is absolutely amazing — she’s professional, friendly, and truly cares about helping customers find the perfect pair of glasses. Her attention to detail and warm personality made me feel completely at ease. Although one of the male staff members was a bit rude at first, the owner quickly stepped in and handled everything with such grace and professionalism that it turned my entire experience into a positive one. Her excellent service more than made up for that small issue.
